A, Caution of using LED LAMP

a.the welding conditions: (resin from the roots of solder joints to bemore than 2mm)

b.Dip soldering: Please under 260 ℃and 5 seconds welding ,a secondcomplete immersion tin bath while avoiding the resin.

c.Soldering iron: 30W soldering iron with the tip temperature is not higher than 350 ℃, in 5 seconds or less welding one time to complete.

Do not pushes while welding on the product . LED pin is being taken to avoid corrosion or discoloration, otherwise it will create welding problems,recommended as early as possible in time.

Forming pin must be completed before the welding, circuit boardmounting holes on the distance between the electrode pin, please be consistent with the electrode pins.

Product under high temperatures will have adverse pin cut, please cut pin at room temperature

In the welding temperature back to normal, it will have to avoid LEDshock or by any external force.

Electrostatic protection

High-brightness blue, green and white products are sensitive to static electricity, static electricity in the use of the surge will need to pay attention to damage or destruction of products, please put table pad with a conductive when contact with the product through the resistor; soldering iron tip must to ground; recommend using ion generator.

Cleaning

When the chemicals must be particularly careful when cleaning gel, because some chemicals on the colloid surface damage and cause discoloration, such as TCE, acetone and so on. Available ethanol wipe, immersion time at room temperature does not exceed 3 minutes.
