nted out that in Argentina most of the market price of energy-saving lamps significantly higher than ordinary light bulbs, to a certain extent, affected the promotion of energy-saving lamps. To this end, the Afghan government launched a large scale from 2008 to promote actions, including low-income families nationwide to provide five million free energy saving light bulbs.
