Who granted CE certification mark?
Enterprises in the EU official institutions (Notice No. institutions) with a notice issued by the CE certificate number, you can affix CE mark. CE certification mark is not by any official authority, the certification body or test laboratory issued, but by the manufacturer or its agents according to the eight modes in one (or mixed), self-produced and affixed.
