D industry, enterprises bigger and stronger, should break through bottleneck of two prominent: first, the core technology and key equipment and is prone to, the second is the application of the market is quite difficult. To this end, the LED industry should form the collaborative innovation mechanism, at the same time, Government should application of the market to a certain support.
