Dec. 11 message, OSRAMs new plant in Malaysia ended the test phase. The new chip factory to have a OSRAM chip factory in Asia. The plant invested hundreds of billions of euros to provide 220 jobs upon completion, will produce four-inch indium gallium nitride wafer.
